We want you to love your Wildflower case as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition collaborations and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Case

  Place the unused Wildflower case back into its original signature box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
